Conference Delegates – Terms and Conditions

Payment & cancellation

By registering for this conference you are committing to attend the Conference at the price quoted.

Payment Terms

Payment must be made via card payment at the point of registration.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be in writing to events@russellpublishing.com.

Cancellations received up to 28 days before the event will be subject to an administration charge of 50% of the registration fee. It is regretted that cancellations made after this time will require payment of the full registration fee. A change of attendee may be made at any time.

If the event is postponed, cancelled or changed, Russell Publishing Ltd is not liable for any costs incurred by delegates in connection with their attendance. No refunds of the registration fee will be paid if events outside the control of Russell Publishing Ltd, such as transport disruption, weather, terrorism or any other incidents of force majeure occur leading to the cancellation or disruption of the Conference.

Fees

Virtual events

Event fees include entrance to the virtual venue and all conference sessions, networking and exhibition areas.

Physical / in-person events

Event fees include entrance to the venue and all conference, networking area, breaks, exhibition area etc. and event guide. Please note that accommodation is not included in the fee. The organisers reserve the right to charge the full rate on all unpaid bookings that are more than one month old.

VAT

Virtual events

  • UK clients: UK VAT chargeable at the prevailing rate
  • EU client: VAT not chargeable as long as a valid EU VAT number is provided on registration
  • ROW clients: VAT not chargeable

Physical / in-person events

All guests are required to pay VAT at the prevailing local rate on any event taking place within the UK. Guests may be entitled to reclaim this cost from the tax authorities of the host country. If you require help with this please contact us.

Data

Information you supply as part of the registration process may be held and used by the organiser of this event (Russell Publishing Ltd), and any third party hosting provider acting on its behalf, in order to stage the event and to analyse visitor traffic with a view to improving the event experience for participants.
